Who is behind Richmond Roof Repair, and how it runs
Richmond Roof Repair does not employ roofers. It is a referral website, and the people who do roof work are independent providers who run their own businesses.
How we work
What happens behind the scenes.
We publish guidance on roof problems in Richmond and nearby, and we take enquiries through the website. We read each enquiry and pass it to an independent provider who works in the relevant area and handles that type of job, where one is available.
The provider then deals with you directly. They assess the roof, give a quote and carry out the work under their own terms. We don't set prices, supervise the work or guarantee outcomes. The referral disclosure explains this in full.
Got a roof problem in Richmond?
Send the form, call the number at the top of the page, or email. We'll try to connect you with an independent provider. If water is coming in right now, phone a local roofer directly as well.
No obligation. The provider sets the price.
