Honest about our role
We are a referral site, not a roofer. The referral disclosure explains exactly how that works.
About
About Richmond Roof Repair, and how referrals work
Richmond Roof Repair is a local referral website. It is not a roofing company. It publishes guidance for Richmond homeowners and passes enquiries to independent providers who do the work.
The site exists because roof problems tend to arrive suddenly and in wet weather, and it can be hard to know who to call or what to ask. We publish plain guidance on common roof problems in Richmond, and a way to reach independent providers.
When you send an enquiry, we pass it to an independent provider who works in your area, where one is available. The provider contacts you, inspects the roof, sets the price and does the work. Any contract is between you and the provider. For the full explanation, read the referral disclosure.
We don't claim a history, a crew or credentials that belong to roofing companies. What we can offer is local guidance and a clear route to providers. You can call the number at the top of the page, send the enquiry form or email hello@richmondroofrepair.ca.
What we stand for
How we work with you.
Plain local guidance
We write for Richmond conditions, such as the wet season, flat roofs and strata buildings, and avoid unsupported claims.
No invented numbers
We don't publish prices or statistics we can't source. Where we have none, we explain what drives cost instead.
You stay in charge
You choose whether to hire any provider. Ask questions, compare written quotes and decline if it isn't right.
