What we collect

When you send an enquiry through richmondroofrepair.ca we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, your area and your message.

We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

How we use it

We use your enquiry for one purpose: to connect you with an independent local provider who can help. To do that we share your enquiry details with a provider that covers your area and the service you asked about. That provider may then contact you directly by phone, text or email.

We do not sell your information to marketing lists. It goes only to providers who can act on your request.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@richmondroofrepair.ca and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in Canada, your information is handled in line with applicable federal and provincial privacy law.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the updated version on this page.
